Come as you are. No to-do lists. Just you.

MELBOURNE, 27-28 MARCH 2026

A two-day gathering for women

to pause, connect, and talk about

what really matters -

work, health, ageing, culture, belonging,

and everything in between.

Take two days for yourself -

to listen, laugh, learn, and reconnect.

Better Together® Women is a gathering for women.

Building on the successful Better Together concept, this gathering creates space and time for honest conversations, new ideas, laughter and connection. This is a space for Women, to be seen and nourished, without the pressure to care for anyone else.

Through powerful themed conversations, we celebrate all the ways women lead - at work, at home, in community and within themselves. We want to celebrate the shared experiences of being a woman through stories and experiences from an individual lens of identity.

Across two days, we’ll share stories, ideas, and laughter. There’ll be themed conversations and yarning circles led by women from diverse backgrounds, including First Nations women - exploring the things that shape our lives and wellbeing.

You’ll leave feeling nourished, inspired, and reminded that you’re not doing life alone - we really are better together.

Join us from 27-28 March 2026 in Melbourne and be part of something that celebrates connection, community, and women supporting women.

Maybe you will meet a new friend,

connect to an idea,

possibly even spark

new ideas and collaborations,

or just a reset for yourself.

Better Together Women is a new gathering co-designed and led by The Equality Project® and The Long Walk, two not-for-profit organisations with a strong track record of bringing communities together through heart-led leadership, connection and collaboration.

Together, we create space and experiences that move people, spark understanding and show what it truly means to be “better together”.

It’s a moment to remember

that every woman

has something of value to offer.
