  • Adrian Tuazon-McCheyne

    L&D Lead Facilitator & Workshop Designer

    Adrian is a workshop designer and facilitator with extensive experience creating learning experiences that help groups do their best work together.

    Trained in the Danish Kaospilot method and Hyper Island's facilitation approach, Adrian creates experiential, collaborative learning spaces that empower people to engage, explore and shape their own learning. His work is further informed by Kaospilot's Experience Design training, with a focus on intentional learning journeys and transformational human-centred experiences.

    Adrian holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and draws on Liberating Structures, solution-focused sprint methods, and human-centred approaches to bring structure and clarity to group work. Adrian is also an Emotional Culture Deck practitioner, helping teams build emotional awareness and stronger ways of working together.

  • Rachel Tyler Jones

    Facilitator & Workshop/Experience Designer

    Rachel is an experienced learning facilitator who works with groups to build understanding and mastery of both subject matter and self.

    Her style of facilitation is active and engaging. Rachel continually updates her practice in adult-learning, creating environments that empower participants to explore concepts and skills in a hands-on manner to deepen comprehension, and aid learners in making their own connections on a topic. 

    Rachel is a Master Archer in the Danish Kaospilot program 'Designing and Facilitating Learning Spaces'. She is a trained Experience Designer, works dynamically with Liberating Structures to create hands-on learning environments, and has experience in Adaptive Leadership programs.

    Rachel holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is currently undertaking a Master of Leadership and Management (Organisation Dynamics) through a Systems Psychodynamics lens.

  • Taryn Sexton

    Program Lead Facilitator (Adaptive Leadership)

    Taryn Sexton is an experienced leadership development specialist, facilitator and executive. Passionate about developing leaders to tackle the complex issues we face in a rapidly changing future, she is an Alumni of the Transformative Leadership Program (2016), a collaboration between the University of Adelaide and the Lyndon B Johnson School of Government at the University of Texas and a Fellow of the Governor's Leadership Foundation (2009). 

    Taryn is also an accredited Executive Coach, Resilience @ Work Practitioner and Team Management Systems Practitioner. Taryn is skilled at diagnosing organisational and sector needs and curating plans and programs to address these. Her facilitation style is warm, inclusive and results driven.

    Taryn was the lead facilitator for the Equality Project’s previous leadership programs that include the LGBTIQA+ Leadership Program in Victoria (2021), the LGBTIQA+ Leadership Program in Adelaide (2022) as well as the inaugural Adaptive Leadership Program for ERGs in Melbourne (2024).
