NAARM (MELBOURNE) DATE TO BE CONFIRMED

Rainbow Leaders Summit 2026

PURPOSE

The Rainbow Leaders’ Summit brings together the decision-makers and forward-thinkers of Australia's rainbow communities. Together, we’ll engage in meaningful conversations about our aspirations as leaders, the world we desire to create, and how we can collectively achieve that vision.

How do we define leadership in the rainbow community today? How might we foster collaboration to amplify our collective impact as a united community of leaders and changemakers?

The Summit will bring together the people leading and creating change in our communities, and create space to share ideas and experiences, learn from each other, forge alliances and ultimately work together to build a better world for rainbow communities.

What does it mean to be a leader in the rainbow community today?

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This summit is designed for leaders and trailblazers who are driving change within and for rainbow communities. We also invite allies who work with or support rainbow communities across all sectors.

With space for up to 100 participants, our aim is to prioritise a rich diversity of voices in the room, spanning across organisations, sexual orientations, gender identities, backgrounds, and abilities.

We invite you to join us in a transformative gathering where we'll explore what leadership means in the today’s current landscape and explore how we can forge meaningful connections, build trust, and cultivate a strong, supportive community to enhance our collective impact.
