What is it?

Advocacy is hard. You see what others might not. You stand up while others remain sitting. You lean in when others get cynical. The rewards are often too few and the setbacks too many. Advocacy has been described as "speaking truth to power". We believe it’s a critical skill to advance the state of the world. How do you grow your advocacy and become an agile and adaptive leader?

Our mission is to strengthen individuals and enable communities that strive to make Australia a better place. Here is a program to profoundly support you in your advocacy.

Be The Change is a 5-day intensive delivered over two separate dates.

What are the aims?

To explore new ways to push you as an individual and LGBTIQ+ leader in your organisation or community.

To help you re-think how you go about leading people, your organisation and your community.

Who should attend?

Be The Change brings together advocates from different contexts to learn and grow together. This program is designed to meet the needs of advocates and change-makers in leadership roles. And to enhance the complex thinking capabilities of high-performing individuals who are already able to think strategically, work effectively in teams, and who are open to new perspectives.
