100 rainbow leaders. One room. One day.

Most rainbow leaders are doing the same work in different rooms. Different organisations, different cities, different angles on the same problems. We rarely end up in the same room at the same time.

For one day this November, the Rainbow Leaders Summit changes that.

100 leaders, changemakers and allies from across Australia's rainbow communities, together in Naarm (Melbourne) for a single day. Thursday 19 November 2026.

Why it matters

This is not a conference. No panels, no keynotes, no sitting in rows. It's a participatory day where the value comes from what the room builds together.

You leave with relationships and alliances, not a lanyard and a stack of business cards. The room sets the questions and shapes where the sector goes next, so you're part of the direction, not an audience for it. And it's a full day out of the inbox to work on the big questions with people who do the work, instead of wrestling them alone.

How to be in the room

The room holds 100 people. That's by design, and it doesn't grow.

Tickets aren't on sale yet. When they open, our mailing list gets first access and the early-bird price before any public release. The list is the only way in early.

If you want to be one of the 100, get on the list. That's the entire ask for now.

We'll share more between now and November. For now, sign up, and you'll be first to know.

Curious what actually happens on the day? The Summit Hub has the work of past cohorts: the challenges they took on and the visions and roadmaps they built.
