Practising the human skills of change at work.
A hands-on learning experience for teams who want to work better together.
The Change Lab
Most workplace challenges aren’t technical. They’re about how people communicate, make decisions, and respond under pressure.
The Change Lab is a hands-on learning experience that helps teams practise the human skills of change at work, from communication and listening to navigating difference and uncertainty.
Many organisations are good at managing tasks and targets, but struggle when tension, uncertainty, or change enters the room. The Change Lab focuses on the human side of work that often gets overlooked, until it becomes a problem.
This is not a leadership program. It’s designed for teams at all levels. Participants work with real workplace situations, practise conversations that matter, and test better ways of working together.
The Change Lab supports teams who want to work better together when change is complex or challenging.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This 2-day program is designed for organisations and teams who:
Want people to communicate better, especially when things get difficult
Are navigating change, complexity, or competing priorities
Want practical skills, not theory or leadership jargon
Need something that works for intact or cross-functional teams
This includes
HR and People & Culture teams
People managers and team leads
Cross-functional or project teams
WHY ORGANISATIONS CHOOSE THIS
Because most workplace issues aren’t technical. They’re human.
The Change Lab helps teams:
Slow down unhelpful patterns in how work gets done
Make sense of complexity together
Build shared language for clearer communication and better decisions
WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH
This program is designed to build awareness, capability, and practical starting points. By the end of the program, you will:
Increase awareness of how communication patterns and assumptions show up in everyday work
Practise approaches for engaging in difficult conversations with less reactivity
Develop shared language for working across roles, teams, and perspectives
Identify practical actions and small experiments to continue applying the learning beyond the program
This program won’t solve everything in two days. What it does is help teams notice patterns, practise new approaches, and leave with clearer starting points for ongoing work.
