💁🏽‍♀️ What to expect

This is not a business-to-business expo—it’s a community-focused LGBTIQ+ event. You’ll be alongside volunteer-led groups, charities, and larger government-funded organisations, all coming together to connect and share.

The Equality Project is an LGBTIQ+ charity that brings all the voices of the community together to learn, share and engage over a wonderful 2-day event.  All sessions are community-directed and led with presenters attending from all parts of Australia, representing both metropolitan and regional LGBTIQ+ communities.

With limited stalls, this is a great opportunity to showcase your work/services and connect meaningfully with attendees.

🎟️ FEES

  • Corporate/For-Profit $1250 inc GST

  • Not-for-Profit/Community $880 inc GST

50% of the total fee is due upon receiving your invoice. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the conference begins.

Funds already paid can be converted into an equivalent registration for Better Together, based on the pricing at the time the conversion is requested.

🚛 STALL INCLUSIONS

  • A clothed trestle table and 2 chairs. Some powered tables are available. Please email Marnie (mail@equality.org.au) if you require access to power so that the venue can be informed.

  • 2 x complimentary registrations - names, emails and phone numbers of both ticketholders must be supplied to Marnie by Friday 5th September 2025.

  • Stall locations are set up by Adelaide Convention Centre in line with their COVID-safe guidelines. Stall allocations will be determined by The Equality Project team. We kindly ask that you do not move the tables or change your allocated stall.

🙋🏻‍♀️ EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Exhibitors are responsible for setting up (bump-in), packing down (bump-out), styling their stall, and ensuring someone is present at their stall throughout the day or during key times.

You can choose your own bump-in and bump-out times, as long as they fall within the designated access periods. Please make sure to remove all remaining flyers and items at the end of the event—anything left behind will be disposed of.

Please note: our program runs continuously without a scheduled “lunch break.” Attendees are encouraged to take breaks when it suits them, which means stalls may receive visitors at any time during the day.

Adelaide Convention Centre requires all stallholders to have their own public liability insurance. Please email your Certificate of Currency to Marnie by Friday 5 September 2025. Without it, bump-in approval cannot be granted.
