BTTA Foundational Leadership
Initiate, collaborate, lead.
BTTA Foundational Leadership is based on our original “Leadership Training Academy” initiative and is our initial training ground for change-makers, advocates and emerging leaders in the LGBTIQ+ community. This is a 2-day training program that will help build the core skills and techniques to effect positive cultural change.
We have compiled and developed an exciting curriculum that includes the world-class GLAAD Media Institute and a new module we have developed that encourages reflection on your own leadership skill set, individual power and create connections with others to exercise greater influence through collaboration.
